Authentic Voicework™ is a beginner class designed for non-singers and singers alike for the purposes of stress reduction, meditation and creative play. This course utilizes postural awareness, breathwork, stretching, and creative vocalizing, and opens up doors of old inhibitions only to find new tools of freedom. As tension is released, new creative territory is more accessible allowing for more creative range of motion freeing the participant’s “authentic voice”. From calming, meditative tones, to piercing harmonies that open the window to the soul, into playful interactive vocal jams, you are sure to be amazed at the depth of your own voice. Bring your water bottle! Eligible for 12-CEs (NCBTMB Approved).
