Do you have a fear of singing or find singing to be intimidating? Join us for ‘Yoga of the Voice.’
Immerse yourself in a transformative experience blending deep relaxation and meditative-style singing to reduce anxiety, process grief, and/or find comfort in the present moment.
Join Stephanie for a three-week journey of healing, expression, and connection through the power of your own voice. This trauma-informed approach is gentle, playful, expressive and restorative.
In this series, we will practice gentle mat-based stretching, breathwork, Authentic Voicework®, voice-movement therapy, toning, and creative singing exercises to release tension, process grief, and reconnect with your authentic self. No singing experience is necessary!
If you’re interested in sound healing or the expressive arts, you’ll love this! Bring a yoga mat and dress comfortably.

Join the Indiana Psychedelic Society for a groundbreaking celebration of psychedelic advancements at the Buskirk Chumley Theater. This unique event explores consciousness, healing, and community through films, interactive experiences, and transformative music and dance.
The Mind Unveiled event will end with the “Soma Vibe Experience” with music by The Space Between – a blend of improvised and evocative music led by Stephanie Heidemann (lead vocalist), Julian Douglas (lead percussion) and an incredible 8-person band lineup for two-hours of improvised, ambient music for ecstatic dance exploration.
