Music

Starseed

Here is a crowd fundraiser to finish my album “Starseed.” I need approximately 20 hours in the studio, mastering, and the time required to work on writing, music, and lyrics. About one-to-two weeks of dedicated focus time are needed to accomplish this.

The Prophet

Kahlil Gibran’s “The Prophet,” read by Bharati Ishaya, is a timeless masterpiece that weaves profound wisdom into a poetic symphony of life’s fundamental aspects. Published in 1923, the book unfolds through the character Almustafa, a prophet who imparts his insights to a rapt audience, evoking a melodic journey of the soul. From love, marriage, and work to freedom, joy, and sorrow, the lyrical prose and universal themes create an enduring composition, celebrating the complexities of human existence. As the notes of wisdom resonate from the original work, this reading of “The Prophet,” with a harmonious backdrop of vocals by Stephanie Heidemann, is an enchanting, unforgettable work, inspiring listeners to contemplate their own paths and purpose in the world.

Songs of Mary

Create a quiet respite from the rush of modern life with Songs of Mary, a soothing collection of 15 traditional chants and praises that call on Our Lady for healing, guidance, and comfort.

Through subtle instrumentation and heartfelt vocals, this carefully selected music will gently uplift your spirit with the blessings of the Holy Mother. Journey to medieval Spain with selections from the treasury of songs known as the Cantigas de Santa Maria, to France with a troubadour’s ballad, through Ireland with a Celtic prayer of protection, then be renewed with Hildegard of Bingen’s devotions, and follow Mary to the New World with chants honoring the Virgin of Guadalupe.
